Sign in the Millenium era, there is a fundamental change, from the industrial revolution era to the information revolution era. If supported by reliable human resources, the business world is ready to deal with this change.

Lembaga Pendidikan Tinggi Yayasan Administrasi Indonesia (LPT Y.A.I) has more than 35 years of experience in the field of higher education. Starting from accounting courses, LPT Y.A.I continue to grow by establishing an Accounting Academy, College of Economics, and Universities ranging from Diploma Programs to Doctoral Programs (S-3). Almost all study programs have been accredited "A". Currently, LPT Y.A.I is among the top 9 (nine) best and largest private universities in Indonesia (Tempo, 2006). Armed with experience, and the needs of alumni and the community, in 2003 the Y.A.I College of Economics opened the Master of Accounting Program (MAKSI/S-2)

Based on the Decree of BAN-PT No. 177/SK/BAN-PT/Akred.M/VI/2014, states that the Master of Accounting study program, Y.A.I Jakarta College of Economics is accredited with a B predicate.

Vision

To become a leading master's study program in Indonesia that produces quality human resources and scientific works in the field of auditing and financial accounting that is ready to compete at the regional level in 2025.

Mision

1.  Take an active role in advancing auditing and financial accounting education in Indonesia

2.  Improving the quality of human resources in auditing accounting and finance at the national       and regional levels by the expected competencies.

3.  Develop the quality and careers of students and lecturers of the Master of Accounting study       program.

4.  Creating Conducive scientific culture based on scientific studies, journals, and research                  tailored to the needs of the community. 

5.  Take an active role in encouraging the development of a more ethical accounting profession at       the national and regional levels.

6.  Develop the application of auditing and financial accounting through information technology            engineering in line with the development of the industrial revolution 4.0. 

7.  Publish and apply the results of research and scientific studies at the national and regional              levels.

Purpose

1. Build understanding of knowledge, skills, and independence in the field of auditing accounting and finance for the people of Indonesia.

5. Able to communicate effectively, both vertically and horizontally, inside and outside the organization at both national and regional levels.
   
6. Keeping up with the latest technological developments in line with the industrial revolution 4.0 and implementing them in all the activities they carry out to support competent and growing abilities
   

Leaners

Students in the Master of Accounting are all undergraduate graduates with good IPK.

For students other than accounting majors, they are allowed to take part in matriculation for courses:

-   Introduction to Accounting

-   Management Information System

-   Auditing

Academic Title

By the provisions of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia, program participants who have completed their education are entitled to hold the academic title of Master of Accounting (M.Ak).

To supporting learn how to teach the activity, facilities are provided in the form of :

3.    Library, Computer Laboratorium & English Language Laboratorium

5.    Special parking lot for students of the S-2 program

Registration Condition

1.    Purchase the registration form and take the entrance screening exam

2.    Photocopies of diplomas & transcripts that are legalized (original) 3 pieces

3.    Photocopy of KTP (Identity Card) 3 pieces

     (Those with ID cards outside Jabodetabek are required to have a domicile certificate in the               area) Jabodetabek minimum for the first 2 semesters)

4.    5 pieces of color/black and white photographs, 3x4 cm and 2x3 cm each.

5.    Certificate of study permit from the institution/office where you work (for those who are already         working)

6.    Pass the Academic Potential Test (TPA)

7.    Pass the TOEFL Test
